Shipping Policy
We ship all of our candles through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that we currently only offer shipping within the United States. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to make your candle before it is shipped. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Return Policy
We understand that sometimes candles arrive broken or damaged and we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We do accept returns based on specific criteria. If your candle is broken upon arrival, we offer a free exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, please provide a picture of the damaged item and your order number. We ask that returns be made within 7 days of purchase.
